Exploring wholeness and the human experience through mutual learning and an integration and embodiment lens.
These salons are a co-curated and co-created conversational space for inquiry, exploration, development and application of our individual and collective potential. This will involve an integrating embodied and systemic approach. Numbers are limited to eight, creating a deep mutual learning experience.
Leadership Embodiment Level 1 - Bray, Dublin - Paul King - 19 October 2024 - 20 October 2024
This two day workshop is an exploration into the integrated, instinctive, intuitive and often underutilised intelligence within us. Working with lots of simple activities engaging the mind-body you will learn about your habitual patterns and how awareness and simple changes in the body can provide impactful options for broader change and greater effectiveness. The workshop covers the curriculum of Leadership Embodiment Level 1.

This workshop is open to people who have completed the Level 1 workshop to deepen and extend their practice and application of embodiment.
