The supervision of coaches is recognised by all the professional coaching and mentoring bodies as a fundamental and important part of professional development and best practice. Most professional coach organisations require their accredited coaches to receive supervision a number of times a year. How often and how frequent will depend on the amount of coaching you are doing.
If you work as a coach, in any capacity, receiving supervision is good practice and the benefits go far beyond meeting requirements. Quality supervision will provide a significant source of development for a coach.
Marie Faire, co-founder of Beyond, leads our supervision service. Marie has been coaching for over 25 years, is an accredited coach and a qualified coach supervisor with the Coach Supervision Academy, CSA.
Marie works with in-house coaches, offering supervision on a 1:1 or group basis and works privately with individual professional coaches.
Individual supervision and group supervision can take place by telephone and Skype, as well as face to face.
Between supervision sessions, if you have an urgent need to speak about any situation, we will seek to respond as soon as possible.
