Supervision Sessions


No two sessions are the same.  As with coaching the focus is on your agenda. It is usual that some of the following areas are covered:

  • the individual client (coachee) and the organisational system in which they operate
  • the impact of the system on the client and the coach
  • the coach themselves, their process and practice, with challenge, support and feedback from the supervisor
  • the parallel process of the supervision relationship and how it informs the relationship between coach and their client
  • the supervisor’s own process within the sessions
  • the supervisor’s relationship with the coach
  • using theory to diagnose, inform and identify interventions
  • learning and development review
  • ethical dilemmas
  • support for their own application for accreditation
