Working with simple yet profound activities engaging the mind-body you will learn how to create a resourceful centred and balanced presence, notably under pressure, facilitating effective leadership and followership, focusing of energy, aligning body, heart and mind to your outcomes, and attuning to oneself and others. The workshop incorporates the curriculum of Wendy Palmer’s Leadership Embodiment Level 1.
