We offer occasional pay it forward bursaries on some of our open events to individuals on low incomes and employees of third sector organisations. These are agreed in conversation with the individual on a case by case basis. We ask in turn that the recipient pays it forward; that is they agree at some future date to do something (not necessarily financial) for someone else which helps that person in some way and in turn invite them to pay it forward. This is an agreement made entirely on trust, we do not ask for any guarantee or report back. We were inspired by the film, Pay It Forward, starring Kevin Spacey, Helen Hunt and Haley Joel Osmont, based on the book by Catherine Ryan Hyde.
