Anne is an Executive, Life and Cross-Cultural Coach, Facilitator and NLP Trainer with 30+ years of international experience. Originally from California and based in northern Italy, she works globally in English, Italian, and Spanish.
Her work spans leadership development, cross-cultural training, and facilitation across private and public sectors — always with an eye on the wider systems, relationships, and human dynamics that shape the quality of the experiences, relationships, and impact they create.
Coming from a place of curiosity and understanding, Anne works with compassion, respect, creativity, warmth, and humor. She helps clients navigate complex relational, cultural, and professional dynamics while deepening self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and connection – so they can step more fully into their most authentic and creative selves.
Whatever the challenge, transition, uncertainty or next step, she finds deep satisfaction in accompanying clients as they discover how small shifts — and a dose of courage — can unlock creativity, possibility, and meaningful change. All while helping them align who they are with how they live, work, and lead.
She is an Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching, an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, and is currently completing her certification as a Somatic Sound Practitioner.
Anne also loves spending time outdoors and exploring nature and new cultures with her husband and two daughters.
