I am dedicated to mastering the art of encouragement and creating a coaching environment where people can come home to themselves. I am a Charted Business Psychologist and I have been a Coaching Psychologist for twenty years.

I have a solution-focused approach to coaching, grounded in Polyvagal Theory. I am passionate about how Polyvagal Theory can help us befriend our nervous system and build capacity when facing challenges. I completed Deb Dana’s comprehensive foundations training course in 2020 and I currently working as a consultant on Deb Dana’s international training programme.

My work spans coaching, group facilitation, competency development, talent management and organisational research. I coach on leadership programmes at both the Irish Management Institute and Dublin City University. I also sit on several international coaching panels and coach at a senior level. My clients include IBEC, Maersk Oil (Netherlands and the Middle East), Matter Private Hospital, Schneider Electric (Europe), Enterprise Ireland and Virgin Atlantic.

I have stayed close to world leaders in coaching, completing coaching training in Australia in 2002 with Anthony Grant and Michael Kavanagh, in the States with Doug Silsbee and in the UK with Nancy Kline. For five years I was part of the pioneering ‘Energy Project’ European team. I have level A and B in Psychometric testing and is trained in several psychometric tools including the 16 PF, WAVE, EQI, DISC and various 360 instruments.

I live in Dublin with my husband and three sons.
