Our NLP specific programmes are available as in-house options. These include a range of short courses from Introductory Days and NLP Business Diploma to Practitioner and Master Practitioner certification programmes tailored to your requirements and your organisation. As well as presenting key NLP principles and their application we can include a focus on specific topics such as coaching, performance management or leadership.
We can integrate NLP principles, methodology and techniques into other learning and development programmes. In the past this has included Leadership & Management Development Programmes, Customer Service Programmes, Coaching, Communication and Influencing. We have a broad knowledge and experience of organisational and people development approaches beyond NLP which we draw upon and incorporate as appropriate. NLP informs our coaching, facilitation and training work along other disciplines and arenas of knowledge.
