Our Innovation and Change Programme has been created in collaboration with a partner organisation that specialises in facilitating technological innovation. We bring together the ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ dimensions of change and innovation drawing on the latest knowledge, best practice and our considerable combined experience in this field from a technological, product, systems and people perspective.
The programme focuses on developing the knowledge, skills, techniques and practice of change and innovation applied to systems and processes, technology and products, and people and culture.
