We have many years experience in coaching and developing teams, particularly teams of senior managers, directors and Boards.

When a group of people work well together they are much more than the sum of the parts.  Unfortunately all too often something gets in the way and teams and groups do not get the best out of people, they become dysfunctional and under perform.  However, the need for people to work well together is more imperative than ever.  The challenge is to fully access, develop and apply the intelligences of the team whether it is a:
