These salons are a co-curated and co-created conversational space for inquiry, exploration, development and application of our individual and collective potential. Leadership Embodiment Level 1 - Bray, Dublin - Paul King - 19 October 2024 - 20 October 2024
This two day workshop is an exploration into the integrated, instinctive, intuitive and often underutilised intelligence within us. Working with lots of simple activities engaging the mind-body you will learn about your habitual patterns and how awareness and simple changes in the body can provide impactful options for broader change and greater effectiveness. The workshop covers the curriculum of Leadership Embodiment Level 1.
Embodiment & The Yin-Yang of It All - Bray - - 21 October 2024
Underlying my approach to Leadership Embodiment are many explorations. One of the most significant is my study of Tai Chi with a particular teacher. My learning with him has been an experiential inquiry into chi and the relational conversation between masculine and feminine principles of yin-yang, revealed through the breath, movement, posture, space and more. From well before Leadership Embodiment he showed me how our movement connects with our psychology and emotions.
