Marie Faire

 

Marie is co-founder of The Beyond Partnership. She has been a consultant, coach, conference speaker, facilitator and trainer for over thirty years, working with private, public and voluntary organisations.

Marie is an accredited Master Executive Coach (MEC) with the Association for Coaching (AC) and also an AC Accredited Master Coach Supervisor.

Marie is the lead trainer on our AC accredited programmes training Coaches and  Coach Supervisors.  She is also an ANLP recognised ‘Master’ NLP trainer and is the lead trainer for our Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainer training.

In all her roles, Marie has a reputation for being both supportive and challenging – she describes herself as aspiring to be relational, transformational and eclectic.  Her passion is to assist people to be all they want to be, and to work with them to align their strategy, skills and behaviour to their identity, purpose and values. She says she is a “fellow traveller”, working in partnership with her clients. She brings humour and compassion to her work along with a deep understanding of people and organisational processes.

Following her first degree Marie has gained several post-graduate qualifications including a Masters degree (MA) in Management Learning.  She has studied humanistic psychology, extensive training in group dynamics, and Practitioner, Master and Trainer training in NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming).  She has a recognised diploma in coach supervision. She is also certified in Covey “7 Habits”, Spiral Dynamics, Me² and various psychometric tests including FIRO B and MBTI (Step 1 and 2).

Apart from her daughter, her partner, her dog and her work, she lists among her interests “New Physics”, travelling, scuba diving, gardening, Tai Chi and learning almost anything. A current fascination is the latest research on neuroscience, memory, perception, and learning.
