The Beyond Coach Programme – Virtual & AC Accredited

We have always loved running this programme, which tends to attract people who are already successful professionals and are wanting to add coaching to their portfolio. Participants typically include executives, consultants, NLP practitioners, and those coaches who have had some training and experience, and now want to delve deeper, beyond the GROW model.

This is an AC (Association for Coaching) accredited programme which is delivered in a practical, interactive and (we hope!) enjoyable way. It is a rigorous, exciting and affordable programme with depth and substance to equip great coaches. We take the view that people are whole beings. We will work at multiple levels to give you the training and development to add to your existing skills with excellent coaching standards and practice.

The programme will be led by Marie Faire, Julia Hayward and Liz Mansfield. Marie has been leading this programme for many years and this year has invited Julia and Liz, two excellent and very experienced coaches and trainers, to join her.

Marie is co-founder of The Beyond Partnership. She is an accredited Master Executive Coach (MEC) with the Association for Coaching (AC) and an AC Accredited Master Coach Supervisor. Marie is AC Supervision Accreditation Assessment Lead and is the lead on our AC accredited Coach Supervisor Training Programme. Julia is an accredited executive coach with the AC and a qualified coach supervisor.  Liz is also an AC qualified coach and coach supervisor. Full profiles can be found under the About Us tab here.

Here is what Julia and Liz have to say:

“I am so delighted and honoured to be delivering this programme alongside Liz and Marie. I was fortunate enough to complete the very first of these Programmes that The Beyond Partnership ran over 10 years ago. I was an experienced Master NLP Practitioner and coach, without any specific coach qualifications at the time and found the programme truly enlightening. There is significant power and depth to the content, and it enabled me to build my confidence as a coach and gain accreditation with the Association for Coaching as an Executive Coach. Exploring who I am as a coach allowed me to develop my skills and authenticity as a person-centred coach and I now love working for myself as a coach and supervisor. It is a privilege to build trust and enter someone’s world, helping them to build self-understanding, work out how to move forwards and support and challenge them through their journey. I look forward to supporting a new group as they build their skills and develop into the coaches of the future.”
Julia Hayward

“For me coaching others is a deep privilege and a very personal experience.  Every relationship is different because each client is unique. Being able to create the safety and trust that allows people to explore their inner selves, recognise their possibilities and release their resources can be magical. Sometimes coaching can be quite practical – sharing a tool or model, helping the client see a different perspective or option may provide a simple solution.  Coaching tools and models can be really helpful but can be superficial without the depth of coaching relationship that allows for insight and intuition to flourish and for challenges to be heard. The most magical thing about coaching for me is when clients start to listen to their own voices.  So often they already have the answers,  and my role is to help them hear them! I’m delighted to be working on the Beyond coach programme because it includes topics that coaches need to do genuinely transformational coaching, covering the breadth and depth of knowledge,  skills  and self-awareness to develop as professional executive and life coaches. “
Liz Mansfield

We are highly experienced in developing coaches and coaching supervisors. The programme meets the AC qualification requirements to become an Accredited Coach (subject to other requirements being met – client hours, CPD etc.). In addition to the online modules there will be requirements for client practice, peer practice, supervision, written work and reading.
