Shaping & Taking a Stance

This series is open to those who have previously attended one of my online series in 2020. The intention for our community of practice to take further steps along the path of embodied practice and application. For this new series I have some ideas of what I would like to cover and I invite you to set the agenda with our questions and requests. I am thinking we could potentially look at:

• recapping key principles, (the body learns slowly)
• how we manage, work with energy
• responding to triggers and challenges
• meeting our frontiers, setting and relating to boundaries
• the relationship between language and the body
• working with states – flow and stuck
• embodiment and somatic coaching
• readiness for 2021, resourced and intentional
• exploring with others in breakout rooms
