The Programme
This programme uniquely combines high quality NLP Master Practitioner training with a personal and professional journey. You will be encouraged to challenge and be challenged, to give and receive feedback, to fully engage, to take risks and live the learning as it is happening. With the focus for this entire programme being identity and becoming all you can be, we bring your personal journey to the forefront – who you are now and who you want to become – both in your work life and in your personal life.
We like to create multi-level learning experiences, that are fun, challenging and ‘at the edge’. This is no exception. We use the core NLP skill of modelling as a fundamental process for realising your potential and taking your NLP to the next level. Practitioner skills are the foundation stones on which we build what we call 3-dimensional NLP. We take a whole systems approach, creating a context where you will live your learning.
We apply modelling to two major projects, one individual and one organisational that will support your personal authenticity, alignment and integrity. You will further develop your abilities through mapping patterns and systems, working with beliefs, values and advanced NLP based change skills.
With a maximum group size of 12, individual and group process becomes the content for truly applying and developing your NLP skills.
We are rigorous in our standards and completely committed to supporting you on your learning journey and in developing outstanding (NLP) capability at a personal, interpersonal and group level. This programme is accredited by ANLP.
The Trainers: Marie Faire & Guests
The programme will be led by Marie Faire with guest facilitators. Marie is co-founder and a director of The Beyond Partnership. Marie has been a coach, consultant, facilitator, and trainer for more than 35 years. She is a recognised NLP Master Trainer and has run many Practitioner and Master Practitioner NLP and NLP Trainer certification programmes. Marie has a MA in Management Learning and is an accredited Master Executive Coach and an Accredited Master Coach Supervisor. She also has extensive training in humanistic psychology and group dynamics; has trained in Covey “7 Habits”, The Enneagram, Tai Chi and is certified in Spiral Dynamics, FIRO B, Me2, MBTI (Step 1 and 2) and is a certified Conversational Coach.

Time/Dates
This programme will take place live, via Zoom, on Thursday afternoons from 2.30 – 5.30 p.m. UK time for 27 weeks. It commences on Thursday 19th September 2024 and will end on 20th March 2024.
Please note that here will be no sessions on 19th, 26th December 2024 and 2nd January 2025.
Sessions will be recorded for those that you have to unavoidably miss (a maximum of 5). The integration (live attendance mandatory) will take place over the final four sessions from 26th February to 20th March 2025
