Madeleine is a consultant, coach and accredited mediator with many years’ experience in senior HR leadership. She has a track record of delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions to organisations as diverse as multi-national plc’s, small enterprise start-ups, social enterprises and the NHS.
Madeleine is passionate about enabling people to achieve their aspirations through harnessing new ways of thinking and working. She has worked for over 12 years as an interim HR Director, business coach and mediator facilitating change in people and teams at all levels from the Board downwards.
Madeleine is an NLP Master Practitioner, accredited in Transactional Analysis and NLP based coaching and has a degree in psychology. She is also qualified in Spiral Dynamics™.
