Madeleine Tate

Madeleine is an HR Director and consultant, who has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, facilitating change in both organisations and individuals.

Madeleine brings an unusual mix of front-line business, change management and broad HR skills. With a strong background in Learning and Development she has a track record of delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions to a wide variety of clients in both the private and public sectors. She has coached people at all levels from the Board downwards.

Madeleine brings experience of working with organisations undergoing change; in designing and delivering career development and leadership programmes for organisational sustainability; training needs analysis, performance management, reward and benefits structures and Board level coaching. She has designed and implemented programmes that were instrumental gaining accreditation such as IIP.

She has worked extensively in career development and recently completed a contract with the Healthcare Commission looking at broadening the opportunities for career-paths inside and outside the organisation.

As a trained business analyst, Madeleine is used to operating efficiently at speed, working with the organisation to achieve cultural change in a holistic and motivational way. As an NLP practitioner and using her knowledge of psychology, Madeleine is an open communicator and works effectively with people at all levels of the organisation, quickly building rapport and credibility to deliver real business benefit.
