Fiona Smith
Fiona has 16 years of experience in management, project management, leadership, coaching and facilitation, the last 8 years at a senior level in both the private and 'not for profit' sectors before joining The Beyond Partnership in 2007. Previously she has been Head of Service Excellence and before that Head of Business Improvement.
Fiona is a Master Practitioner in NLP and a certified NLP Trainer. She has a post graduate Diploma in Management Studies and is qualified in Spiral Dynamics. Fiona is a skilled facilitator and coach with a good and clear business mind. She is passionate about working with people to help them and their organisations realise what is possible.
