About Spiral Dynamics
Spiral Dynamics is a model that maps the different values and thinking systems that are the basis upon which people, (and organisations); make their decisions and choices. Its insights and wide application to all levels of human systems, from the individual to the organisational make it unique among developmental change and profiling models. We find this model and the work of Clare Graves from which it was derived incredibly useful in our work with clients and for understanding differences in people, the dynamics affecting change and in a wider context the social and political issues affecting organisations and the world as a whole. Clare Graves identified 8 values and thinking systems. Each level has a particular way of thinking, different motivational “hot buttons”, different beliefs, different learning styles and requires a different approach in management or coaching.

This special Masterclass is open only to those who have completed the SD2 training with Chris and Natasha.
