About Beyond
Life is about exploration, fun and making a difference. We have to go beyond what we already do and know. Learning is on the edge.
We are a group of consultants working with individuals, teams and organisations all who believe this.
We work with people, individually and together, to go beyond... to raise performance, realise potential and become more successful and fulfilled.
We coined the name Beyond since it is a vision and concept that links us, our attitudes, our orientation and what we offer. We are by nature explorers of ideas and our own experience but we are also pragmatists. We bring to our clients the best of what we discover and the best of what works.
Beyond to us means the next step and beyond the next step. We take account of context and take a systemic perspective. We link now to the future, offer tools and processes for self maintained, on going development and success. We support and facilitate our clients to move beyond where they are, to where they want to be.
Beyond works with the full dimension of human experience, mind, body, emotions and spirit. Success and enjoyment come when we are fully engaged, present and aligned. This is a common theme in our work - facilitating alignment with respect to identity, values, what we do, how we do it and how we present ourselves. Alignment, focus and commitment are key to effective and successful action.
As well as some shared capabilities and interests each of us within Beyond have our own areas of expertise and passion which along with the breadth of our experience may explain the range of what we offer. We are also of the view that all rivers lead to the ocean. Some routes call us more than another the question is how well we travel. Sometimes we might do this on our own and sometimes it is invaluable to have a guide. Over time we have developed tools and experience to guide ourselves, each other and our clients.
